I'm hoping to take my car on a track day but they have a strict 98db noise limit. Does my car conform with this?

Under hard acceleration the F430's exhaust would emit about 106 decibels. 98 decibles is the legal limit.

no way. Depends upon which track really, but the only real way to guarantee track time in a Ferrari is to join the FOC and do their trackdays, no noise issues with them.

There is no db on a Ferrari F430. db is only on an Aston Martin.

No - well, it would be OK if you stayed under 4000rpm!

Most circuits do however run days with higher limits, "Noisy Days" are available with most track day organisers.

Ferrari OC is a good place to start but RMA and Gold Track are also OK (Google them).
