    #26351 taken 23 years ago on the Mt. Baker highway after a day of skiing! I put 29K on this car in a two year period.

    I sold it in October 1986, however it has recently returned to the family after a 21 year absence. And yes it does have a bit of rust here and there (my original rational for selling it!)

    We don't get much chance to take our FCars out in the snow here in Alabama - but maybe I'll try it later on. For the time being, it's getting the place of honor under the carport.

    How did she run when it was that cold?

    Even without salt or grime on the road, I'm sure you were extra careful. Watch out for that black ice when it's -15!

    Thanks for the compliment. All I did was go for a short spin with the wife to my favorite watering hole (see profile pic :D).

    It ran very well. Those carbs love cold air and it's not very taxing on the cooling system. The roads were clean and there was no black ice. It was unseasonably warm and it rained for a few days prior, so any grime and salt was washed away.

    ORLY! Tell me about hurricanes and fire ants. :p
