Hi Guys I´m asking for your help and knowledge on this topic, I´m a industrial designer, who airbrushes helmets, makes custom ordered scale models, and custom ordered artworks and sculptures. I already have a website for the scale models (www.exclusivescale.com), but the guy who did it charged me a lot of money for making it, I´m pleased with his work, but I need to showcase my artistic work in a cheaper way. So I was wondering if you guys have an idea of some kind of software for making sites, templates, or a site that can display the pictures of my artwork in a easy/cheap/professional way. I do own another domain and hosting for this purpose, but I need to do it in the next 2 weeks, maybe there is a website that offers this like flckr or something, I remember reading and visiting a site of 2 fellow Fchatters (photographers), that were like hosted in another site and looked really professional. I admire your work. There are quite a few web gallery systems. http://gallery.menalto.com/ is a popular one. Very customizable if you know PHP, and, if you don't, there are a ton of user-contributed themes and plugins. It's free. Check it out. Also, a friend of mine is trying to get started in web design. He's new, but smart and motivated, and is offering to design webpages for free to build his portfolio. http://www.hypereffect.com/
