    Does anyone know where you can get this unit repaired? I can't seem to get the thing to shut off and it runs all the time.

    Press the bottom left button on it that looks like a fresh air vent symbol.

    Sometimes the buttons stick due to the face plate shifting and "locking" them. Try using your palm against the console side to see if you can free them. Other than that, rebuilding is a better choice than replacement.
