I've been reading this from afar .. you have a knack ,, you could make a fortune as a scammer .. hmmmm. Anyway, you might consider putting a bit of fear in Frank. Tell him that his lack of a scanner and his reluctance to complete the questionnaire are making you think that perhaps he is not the caliber of person that your firm is looking for. That you might have to recast that search net to find someone who is seriously interested in making some real money. BTW .. you interchanged 100 dollars with 100 pounds in the last e-mails .. but Frank may not have picked up on that.

And that is the thing! Once you know it is there and he asks for the advance, you can either tell him he must call you on the sat phone or the laptop, give the serial on either, and you will send him the 1000pounds!!! That should get him to pony up the cash to get the package and all the "cool stuff" we will have to put in it! The idea is to get him to pay to get crap from us!

The MINIMUM completed picture size must be 18 by 18 inches, however as long as they are bigger than this they can be any size your artists choose. 2. The paintings or drawings must be in COLOUR 3. The paintings/Drawing must be the artists own work by hand and NOT traced in any way. Attention to detail is extremely important and will help me to judge the skill of the artists. Ensure they take care to include as much detail in their artwork as possible. You may tell your artists that the pictures can be painted on any type of surface, such as paper or canvas. Please bear in mind that the artwork will have to be shipped to me, so obviously you must take into consideration the weight of the artwork so that the shipping cost is not to high for you. Note that i will usually pay higher amounts for paintings rather than drawings. Payments are usually given within 24 hours of receiving the artwork. It should. I forgot to add the part about the 1000 pounds in the employee kit as a one time fee. What I would do is put it in a separate envelope; I can make up a nice fake check and we can print it off so that half of it does not print, that way he has incentive to email back and *****. Then we tell him it will be in the kit, thus incentive to get the kit out of customs with him paying fees and all. It should be a gas!!!! I think I found some rubber dog poo to throw in the box. I will come up with some other stuff too, I am sure.
Why stop there? Why not use real dog doo placed in a chocolate box with a nice card, say it's his "welcome to the team" special gift.

Frank might have found it quirky that in your emails, you list both you and Ralph as CEO of Schumachers Luxury Car Imports. Though I doubt he's that intelligent to have caught it!
I have made a few mistakes, but he has not caught them, his greed for money will not let anything come in between.
