8.5K miles, down to the wear indicator...my right foot has no mercy I guess.

So what brand / style to use? Anyone get those new Goodyear runflats?
Just worried about a harsh ride with those.

Or just go back to stock Potenzas?

    Any feedback?

I was thinking about trying out the pirelli's.
While watching top gear, I believe they made the comment of liking the pirelli's much better than the bridgestones.

I've had multiple sets of Pirelli's and absolutely love them. Very predictable, very high traction limits, and work well in the rain. Haven't tried the Bridgestones, but I also have a set of Goodyear runflats for long trips. Goodyears aren't noticably harsher in terms of ride quality.

I had the Pirelli on my 05 F430 and have the Bridgestones on my 07 F430....... Can't say that I notice any difference at all.
    Hope this helps .... :D

Tire selection is subjective and selection should be based on use and tire rating. Street, track, geographic location, (rain, winter, summer).

OK I think I am going for the PZero Corsa System. Tread pattern looks nice.

    Anyone have these set up?

Looks like I may be in for tires too - saw that my car has flat on right rear when I was leaving for work (in my other car of course). Think I'm going for Potenza S02A.

A great system... the only draw back is that they wear VERY fast and they can be difficult to get...

I have the run-flats and love them. My only other experience was with the frist generation very still sidewalls and ride on ZR1's. I took everybodies advise here on how good they are now and ordered them. No regretts at all! And I have a peace of mind that I can get home due to all the chuck holes in the roads here in Indiana from the freezing and thawing.

8.5K miles....you're obviously not driving it hard enough ;). I could get through two sets in that time!
