A LOT nicer than the price suggests.
    Trust me :)

"At list price" this watch is a steal.

Don't be surprised if the mfr raises their prices at least 15% on this piece this year.

There is definitely room for it

The price doesn't make me think less of this watch. It's actually more than I'm willing to spend right now. I was just curious as their quality for a possible future purchase.

Actually paying attention to this thread because I love watched and may look for my dad in the future as well.

Chris...you my friend are the "Euginio" of watches!!!

Just got my Tissot, very nice!! with the exception the band would fit the size of an Anerexic super model! Either that or my wrist is to large and i better stop....well never mind!

    Great product...and even better service!!!

    Thanx.

Do you know of any good watches for an 8 year old boy's birthday?
I'd like something that looks tike a Swiss Army or TAG, or even a fake Rolex in a small size....that would make him smile!
    Thanks.

I know of them, but don't carry them

I have many Swiss Army watches. Officers model or Alliance should fit him fine.

What model did you buy? I'm looking to pick up another slimmer watch since I have a small wrist. My day to day watch is currently a stainless steel Skagen.

I like a lot of the watches in this thread but I think they wold look like I was wearing a clock on my wrist.

    Hey Chris,
Probably not the best thread for this but I have a question I am sure a lot of F Chatters would like to know. I have a Rolex President probably 8 years old that has lost its luster and the links on the band are loose. I know it can be returned to Rolex for servicing but can you tighten the links on the band and return it to almost as new condition?

Good Question. I may be selling a watch soon and would love to get it buffed and prepped.

    Also, do you sell Timex?

    Thanks,
    dsd

The band can be tightened. There is a place here in Southern California that is supposed to be the best at it. I have seen their work and it was quite impressive.
I can get their information this week if you are interested.

Refinishing is done in house at my shop. The watch will look as close to 100% as possible.

There should be someone local to you that can do it for around $125-$175, depending on the condition of the piece.

I don't sell Timex, but so many people have been asking for their new watches, I might consider carrying their watches
