    Got an email from Kevin at Scale18 saying my pre-order has been cancelled. Looks like it will only be red if it comes out at all.

    Where can I pre-order the red one at?

    Really? Not according to the distributor! http://kyoshousa.com/New_Folder/kyosho.pdf

    They are "pre sold out". Meaning if a store didn't get their order in they are out of luck. Maybe you should try another shop?
