Doesn't "stop" the coverage, but it won't cover any award for punitive damages, and this stinks of the kind of case where they would be awarded. Also doesn't cover intentional acts. Most States have what is called the "Dramshop Act". That type of legislation is usually in place to provide immunity to the store owner for claims that they caused accidents. There are exceptions however, and I'd be interested to get all the facts, before making any comments on whether or not the store has liablity. Kids and alcohol are a very, very bad mix, especially when hey have a car. Art
She's truly a blonde. Even if she did get child support, it'd last for a few months and then he'd turn 18 and it would stop. The courts need to quit giving money to these useless wives.
It looks like the property is undervalued for "tax purposes" maybe she won't get as much as she thinks. My personal thought is she filed and left so after 20 plus years if he wasn't cheating or abusive, tough on her part, leave with what she came with zip, nothing , nada.
I had a feeling they were trying to split up Hulk's assets so if they get sued, it wouldn't be as easy for them. I would hope Linda isn't that stupid.
I just find it odd that he is willing to spilt all the current assets and liabilities between him, and she is still digging for me. It makes her look like she's a gold-digger.
She is a gold digger. Why do you think she wants custody of Nick and not Brooke? Because Brooke is not a minor she she can't get any money for custody of her.
I sorta hate to bring this thread up again but the photos of Nick's car have been made public. Look here.... http://snap.tbo.com/pages/gallery.php?gallery=316703 Here are a few: Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
That can't be the way the car looked after the wreck. They must have damaged it further during processing, no?
How do you get custody of someone who is not a mior or an invalid? She CAN'T have "Custody" of the daughter, no matter if she wants custody or not.
The court could rule that Brooke is an invalid. Ever watch the show? She is now getting her own show. BROOKE HOGAN: Hulk Hogan's VH1 series may be history, but the network has decided to give his daughter, Brooke, her own series. Coming later this year is "Brooke Hogan Knows Best," a spinoff of "Hogan Knows Best." The 10-episode series will follow Brooke as she sets out on her own in Miami. Born in the Tampa Bay area, Brooke turns 20 in May. When the "Hogan Knows Best" series started on VH1 three seasons ago, much of the story line revolved around her protective father trying to shepherd her budding singing career. Her first release, "Everything to Me" (2004), didn't make it past No. 97 on Billboard's Top 100. A second single, "About Us," went to No. 33 on the Billboard charts. VH1 has not announced a debut date for her series.
After seeing those driver side crash photos, I surprised Nick Hogan wasn't the one winding up in a coma.

Reported on local Ch. 9 Clearwater news Million dollar team of lawyers finds that the Clearwater police used paperwork from 2001 instead of the new document published in 2005 for requesting a blood sample at a cash site. Because the police used an out-dated form, the drunk driving evidence will not be admissible in court. Score one for the legal dream team hired by Hulk for little Nicky. "Yes he was drinking, but the police need to learn a lesson, about doing their paperwork properly, we think this will help the Clearwater Police get organized." Gee such good guys, helping fix our police department, while Nick skates away free-and-clear (from drinking charge) for another bone-head move.
The prosecutor might still try the charge. But the blood evidence it tossed out. And the defenses dream team is using Nick's hospital photos to further argue that his eyes aren't bloodshot or dilated (LOL the things, a big money team of lawyers can think of)
If they are bloodshot, could they try and blame that on allergies? I suffer from allergies fairly bad and my eyes can get bloodshot, or become red after me rubbing them constantly.
Don't know if this was posted, but if anyone actually watches the show; when Nick goes out to drive a car to "test" something on it, it shows Nick driving w/o a license, and a cop behind him. Hogan decides to take Nick to the DPS, and shows the effects of street racing, and drunk driving. Looks like that didn't help.
