After much searching and help, I finally found "the one" in New Jersey-- 1988 Nero, 22,600 miles. Very original, no modifications I saw except the CD player and the shields. Thanks IMMENSELY to Augustine (AJS328) for driving down and checking out the car for me! He took the second picture, you can see his 328 through the driver's window-- After a week in transport, it arrived in CA in great shape, and it's now off to Brian Crall's for a major service... (where I took the first picture)... I get to wait another two weeks... Thanks so much to everyone for the advice on this board. Brian says it's a great car, no major issues! Beautiful car and congratulations Dave, your 'baby' looks truly immaculate. Now if you could just find black wheels somewhere.....
CONGRATS!!!! Its about time we have more "here's my new baby" threads instead of "I need to sell my baby" threads. BEAUTIFUL CAR!!! James in Denver
Every time I see this Ferrari model I am amazed at the "perfectness" (whatever the word is you want to call it) and so happy that I own one. Timeless may be the correct word....... And compared next to my 360, it's a no brainer which one I'd sell if I was forced to get rid of one.
Gorgeous is the only word that comes to mind. Interior looks like the previous owner drove it without ever touching the seats.
Nice 328 Dave, congratulations! Drive it in good health. And you had Gus as your source authority. He knows the 328 well. And I see your 328 is being cared for well. Barry
Looks great. Nothing more beautiful than a black 328! (Says the guy with a blue 328.) As my father would say: "use it in good health." ohh...and one more thing-- just remember what the owner's manual says: don't drive for -extended- periods of time above redline.
Congratulations, Dave! I enjoyed our chats along your search. That's a beautiful Black 328 with concave wheels! You should be proud. Randy
Dave, Once again, congratulations! I know you're going to love the car. This is a case where pictures truly do not do this car justice. It is so fresh and nice! Enjoy it, and welcome to the club. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hope to see you around town soon, the car looks great and your timing is perfect. A fresh car at the start of the F1 season, the beginning of spring, and uh...sooner better than later. Cheers and congrats again. Jon
