Anyone in LV willing to rent a room for a month?

    In one of my past lives I dealt poker and I have an opportunity to deal in the World Series of Poker this June if I want it. I don't have much going on for work in June and I think it would be a fun experience. The only hitch is that it won't be cost effective to stay in a hotel for a month, so, I'm wondering if anyone in the LV area is open to having an FChatter hang out for a month? I would be working quite a bit so I wouldn't be very intrusive, although my work hours would have be coming in really late. I'm not sure if I would be brining the Ferrari or not. I would really enjoy the drive there, but not sure how much I would like to have it parked at the casino everyday. Anyway, thanks for looking!

    You missed me by just a couple months. I have a 2-bedroom condo just down the street from the strip that would have been perfect for what you need.... but just in January I moved all my furniture out of it. I still own it, but it's just sitting there empty for now while the market is in the toilet.

    If it is still empty in June / July, would you consider something? I don't need to "live" there, I just need a shower and an air mattress. I will probably be at a casino 12-16 hours per day anyway. Thanks for the thought!

    We have a casita (standalone room, bath, private entrance, no kitchen) that we use as a guest bedroom, and is likely going to be available for the time you're looking at. Not all that close to the strip (Summerlin -- about a 25 minute drive, depending on traffic) but on the other hand we usually have nice cars parked at the house. The office is close to the strip, and we've got room in the warehouse, so if you want to bring the Ferrari we can hook you up with some space there to store it.
