That was my lp640. I just got it back with a new Larini exhaust. Forgot how many potholes there are out there.

Hey, kewl! I was the dork with the camera at La Salle and Madison. :) You couldn't really rev it in the rush hour traffic, but I could tell it sounded awesome. In fact the sonore rumble coming up LaSalle is what got me to dig out the camera even before I saw the car.

Thanks. It definitely sounds better than stock. I set off a lot of car alarms in the garage today. The surprising thing is that it isn't crazy loud with the windows up. Windows down it is insane at speed.

Saw my first M3(white) in person driving on Irving Park Road between Sheridan and Southport.

Not a knock, but damn that car is huge...thought it was an m6 at first it was so big.

    Car looks awesome.

Also love the garage, particularly the Lambo and Ferrari emblems "breaking" through the wall. And Double Kerry will be honored to see his trophies on display.

Now go back to Fermi and do that shot again, but go a tad lower with the camera so we don't see the building in the background anymore. We'll edit the power lines out and have a pic for the Lambo 09 calendar!

Lexus IS-F (silver) I didn't even know these were on the roads yet.

    Audi R8 (black)

First time seeing both. The Lexus was cool, but I almost turned my head a full 180* to watch the R8 go by. The R8 looks amazing on the road. Spotted both within about 30 seconds on 22nd Street just west of Oak Brook Mall.

No pics, sorry, I wasn't fast enough with the cell phone.

Looks great! Surprising how few folks take pics over at Fermilab too - good choice of venue!

    Be careful out there!
My TT lies wounded in the garage with a split sidewall.
... you try finding a replacement winter tire in March!
Not optimistic to put the summer tires / rims on just yet!

on another note... I got the paperwork from the state of IL. I can apply to get reimbursed, as my car fell into a crater on Willow road last week, splitting the sidewall. We'll see if I can get some of my money back from the state! (holding breath....)

Well, the car actually did get photographed by some other folks as I was driving on the highway. But those guys aren't posting on here apparently. :)

Delorean with plates "bck n tme" at I88 and Winfield Rd and a red Pantera I followed on 75th st. from 355 to Washington in Naperville. Nice to see that the summer cars are starting to make thier way out of the garage.

Yes, it was the new lime green with black stripes. First time I saw the car in that color; very beautiful!
