I'm stunned. This thread makes me want to start packing-up my interior. I too, would love to know what it cost.

Also, why did you go with leather to replace the vinyl?

Oh, sorry, forgot to post the cost. Right around $8500 for all parts and labor. I had to look it up as I was billed at different times as it came in. I guess that way it didn't hit me with sticker shock all at once. ;)

As it was on original option, I figured I'd go for it. I like how it looks and feels better. I'm just going to have to protect it from the sun so I don't get shrinkage.

Really looks incredible! Thanks for posting all the pictures - I know it's a PITA. I scrolled through and didn't see the answer to this (may have missed it though) - who are you using (I only saw a name 'Matt') and how did you come to decide on that entity? I guess you've had them do past restorations?

I used ReOriginals. And no, I had never used them before, just found them from recommendations made here on FChat. They have been a pleasure to work with and delivered the best looking interior on any car I have ever done. Of course, I've pretty much done only MG's and Vettes, which don't have near the interior quality of a Ferrari; especially the vettes. They sent me many samples and I was able to choose just the shade of the leather and carpeting I wanted. They were able to match the lighter carpeting I had GCalo make the embroidered floor mats in so that it will all match seamlessly. All the carpets and interior are made in Italy as original on a made to order basis, then shipped to them in Houston

Also, I've noticed the leather looks a bit dark in the pictures. It's actually a standard shade lighter tan than it appears.

Here's a link to ReOriginal's site with the prices. Yep, they're pricey, but well worth it. I thought 2500 or so in labor charge for doing all this was quite fair.

While 8,500 is nothing to sneeze at, it seems unbelieveably reasonable to me. They will be hearing from me in a year or so.

This is the first interior redo I have seen where the horse was in the headrest. I hate when that detail is left out . It is always so obvious when an interior has been replaced because it is usually never there. Kudos to the interior shop for putting in that authentic touch. This interior looks great.

    Hello All,

Long time lurker, first time poster.

Wanted to say how great the interior looks DMAury, i have been looking forward to seeing these pics for a while.
Its a shame that ReOriginals isn't in the UK.

Best of luck with the car, i am following your threads closely!
