Anyone had to replace the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) batteries in the wheels of an Enzo?
    Did it cause intermittent malfunctioning?
    Thanks,
    Mark

The sensors do go. I beleive the whole sensor has to be replaced. They only cost about 17K US each. (You need one per wheel). (Just kidding about price)

    Right you are.
Just heard back from the dealer, and the battery is integrated into the sensor inside the valve stem, and the battery comes free when you buy the sensor!
Luckily the $17k is for all four wheels.....

    Thanks,
    Mark

Mine are all dead. I will replace them when I get new tires. The sensor/battery complex is around $300 per tire plus the labor. This integrated unit is common now and you will see the need for replacement more often in other cars as well. They last only 4 or 5 years it seems.

    Ali,
With yours dead, are you still able to access all of the dashboard modes?
I'm 99% sure that my 5 year old sensor batteries are the problem, and I could live without the TPMS for a while; but I don't like that whatever's going on with mine prevents me from using the other instrument displays, since it is defaulted into the standard display.
    Thanks,
    Mark

You can disconnect the tire pressure monitor so the light does not come on.

I'm stuck in basic mode too. It cannot be changed. How does one disconnect the sensor circuit to enable the display to be changed?

My tech at the dealer was able to disconnect in 5 minute.

Have you talked to Steve yet? I believe he knows quite a bit about Enzos.
