Sure it is dip ****,,,just keep doing the wrong thing...but there are people TRYING to work this out behind the scene...but you just keep wanting to throw salt on the open wounds...
It is way past your bedtime roy....... roy, this just in, live video is being shot of you right now..... Image Unavailable, Please Login
You try to give the kid a subtle hint to back off that was not helping his cause and his response was Wow such maturity.
You know kid it is one thing to have a disagreement and another to resort to childish insults. The last couple you have made are plain ridiculous.
He'll stop laughing when he realizes a) He will get his money back, less lawyer fees which will probably eat $10k of it, or more b) He could have gotten his money back without even using a lawyer c) With a minute amount of common sense he'd not have lost the car in the first place d) We weren't laughing *with* him
I like how Josh quotes posts from the other forum and posts them here without crediting the people who actually posted it... I also like how he's over at L-Power blowing himself like he just owned Roy... the hits just keep on coming...
I have known a few people who have dealt with him and have had great service. I think if you hadn't publicly kicked him in the ***** he would have helped you further. Frankly I never seen an insurance company just hand over a check. I feel for you but frankly I think you have been going about this the wrong way since day one. All you want to do is keep blaming Roy.
Sigh. What makes you think he'll ever realize that? He's been told that for several days now and hasn't listened. Look at how he thinks of this - He thinks he's in a cage match scoring points, when every post he makes digs his hole deeper. TCK - that's how you're supposed to quote by the way, your posts are confusing enough without quoting other people out of context as if they were your posts.
Wow! what ever happened to just plain getting a refund on a purchase gone bad. I am sure Roy is an honest dealer but should have handle this with a little bit more of a humbled attitude, refunded monies and figure out what happened on his side of things and let the customer go about finding another car instead of saying find a lawyer and wait for his insurance to write a check. Why is the hassel put on the customer? Just give him back his own money. 1 Honest customer buys a car from an honest dealer. 2 Car taken away from customer 3 Dealer refunds customers money 4 Dealer and Customer part ways and customer finds another car. 5 Dealer takes care of his business to retrieve and resolve issue with his problem inventory. Why does it have to be more difficult than this.
That's why they are called car dealers. It's a scummy industry, full of snakes. Not necessarity saying Roy is one, but in this case, I too feel that he should have had a different approach.
This almost sounds like an EBAY purchase gone bad. Honestly, The whole deal went bad as soon as Roy said "go find a lawyer". UUhhhh How about just giving the customers money back and the dealer calls his lawyer to figure out what the hell happened with his own business dealing and let the customer go about his life. You are much better off buying from a private party. At least you will know the complete history of the car if you do your own homework!
