    Interestingly one of the Spyder Tails in those pictures, the one on 0858, wound up on 0854 for a while and now is on 0846. Great Photo's!

    This is really a massive amount of work to restore it back to the way it originally was. The rear window surround is missing and if you follow the original rivet holes you'll see that the rear glass was originally riveted in on 0854. On other cars this was done differently but I'm not sure that they are are today as they were originally built.

    New rear surround still needs final trimming.

    That tail looks awesome.
    Funky looking machine in the workshop too. I thought it was an old Indy Racer until i saw the roll cage in the next photo. What is it?
