    Gentlemen:

Can someone tell me the name of the leasing company? I had been holding off my luxury auto purchase due to the recession, but as it appears this leasing company is giving away money and cars I thought perhaps I might give them a call. (I am curious as to the name of the leasing company?)

I just stumbled into this thread and my thoughts are that financial fraud seldom ever ends well.

Damn foreign exchange students...skipping out on their rent and auto loans. Happens every time.

I've got a question that ties back in to the car allegedly being reported stolen on December 22nd.

Josh made a thread in LP about being pulled over by cops back in January while "having some fun" with a Ferrari out on the highway. He claimed that this cop gave him a very hard time, so I'm a bit surprised that the officer didn't run the VIN on Josh's car at that time.

Josh, did the officer that pulled you over run the VIN on your car back in January?

Seems to me that a cop with a hard on for an offender will do anything, and everything (within his power) to uphold the law. When I was pulled over recently, I had to produce my license, registration, and proof of insurance. If I was lacking one of these, further investigation would have insued (I am sure). Keep in mind, I had current tags, a plate on the car, and everything was in order.

Charge $5/swing or $10/3 swings. Then the $$ can go to Roy so he can pay Josh and everyone is happy. :D

In January Josh still had the temporary plates, I guess... maybe the leasing company only reported the car as stolen (..on December 22nd...) when their research about the current location of the car hit a dead end with Roy not disclosing to whom he sold the car?

That doesn't make sense at all. Wouldn't a "reported" car show up in the system with just a simple plate/registration check? Unless the story about being pulled over was completely bogus.
