Roy hasn't 'made-good' on anything, other than to keep his customer's money and force his customer to pay legal expenses to get his car back from Police Impound....I haven't seen any posts yet where that has occurred....

I don't personally know Roy, and, I'll wager you don't know him personally either. I don't 'hate' Roy, for the record. But if you've bothered to follow this thread in its entirety, I cannot, for the life of me, understand why you or anyone for that matter would want to be an apologist for this kind of behavior from a licensed/insured car dealer.

So the purpose of your post with the picture was what again?

[Rhetorical question, I already know the answer]

He has made good on spending a little money and sponsoring where you have posted 1000+ times.....get your credit card out and pay up before you start bashing someone! I have done several deals with Cats Exotics and have 100% zero problems with them.....this is just an example of a leasing company trying to manipulate the system when its their fault they released the title....IMO, had Josh registered the car in a timely manner (1 week or so) this could have been avoided and the leasing company would have had to sue the original owner.....what I would like to see is an appology to Roy from Josh and an apology to everyone on this board from Josh for asking a bunch of questions and not listening to ANYONE!

It is clear that everyone here is prosecuting "esquisite leasing"

yet the funny part is, nobody know's the facts.

Somebody please get esquisite's defense , from the police report.

Obviously , the story about esquisite , has been altered already 2 times.

Claim 1: Esquisite "accidently" released titles without liens

Claim 2: Internal dispute amongst the company, the lien was removed illlegaly.

Come on people, nobody has facts here yet about esquisite.

    The story keeps changing.

    ROY?

you stated the 1st claim, and now the 2nd claim.

Can you please release to us, where you are obtaining your information that keeps changing?

    THanks

Why? Is there a limit on how many credit cards can be used for a transaction?

What's stopping you from doing that? It is quite apparent that you post on here so that everyone will do the leg work for you. Then, when presented with information, you ask the forum(s) what to do. At which point you summarily ignore the advice that you requested and make inane comments that do nothing to help solve your problem. So yeah, let me get right on with that defense info for you...
