Your LAWYER asked WHO would pay her lawyer fee's...I said we can discuss that WHEN we meet on Tuesday (tomorrow) at my office, when she is suppose to bring me the title.. HOWEVER since then, you have stated you wanted your "wet dream" car so bad...you thought about each day since you were 3 years old... Roy, I would cut the cord. He obviously has no money whatsoever and that is why he wants you to pay for everyone and everything. Unless he is a love child of yours with one of the ELFs, I think you have done enough. I would not have done 1% of the stuff you have to try and make him happy. If you purchase something on a credit card then if a refund is made it is credited to the credit card. Any company out there has this type of policy. Why should Roy have to be any different? Why is this not acceptable?
Yeah. The car with a dented rear fender, that HE POSTED PICTURES OF BEFORE THE BODY WORK GOT DONE. He got a smoking deal on that car and it's worth ~ or more than he paid for it, which you cannot say because you overpaid for a car, a car that now worth south of $100k, ONE THAT YOU PAID FOR WITH NINE CREDIT CARDS. You don't want refund of credit and you don't want the car. What is the solution you want? You keep on saying "full purchase amount + lawyer fees"...you mean you want Roy to give you $115k in cash and pay for your lawyer fees??
If I was a betting man I would guess he is defaulted already on some of these cards. So if they get their money back via a chargeback they are not going to let him use the cards again. I can't think of any other reason why he would be so against Roy crediting the cards. Just my opinion though I could be wrong.
