So I refund in the manner you paid, if I gave you cash, do you think I am stupid here...you would run to your nearst car lot and buy another car, Murcie as you say with a cash down payment...not going to happen...find another dealer to take your 9 credit cards.. Yes htose are your other options... HOWEVER there is one more...keep pissing me and everyone else off....I will get the car back, throw it in the garage and wait for you to sue the **** out of me and get it back in 3 and half years... You didn't do your homework; live with it! You weren't bamboozled by Roy, yet you're blaming him (Roy seems to be doing everything he can to resolve the situation)! If anything, go after the thieves that stole the car and hope for the best. If that doesn't bring fruition, accept your loss and move on. If the loss of what you paid for the car puts an undo strain on your financial position, you should have never bought it in the first place. I'm not trying to be cold or uncaring, but just realistic. Most of us here have probably been stung at one time or another. And, if what Roy said is correct, you bought the car with credit cards!!!!! So someone buys a lambo on 9 credit cards...whines for a free tire and clutch...appears to have scammed the State of California out of 5 figures worth of sales/use/tag taxes and fees...and wants a cash refund instead of having his credit cards refunded (after getting his dream car impounded)?! Roy the fact you take credit cards at all on these cars is nice I mean what percentage did you have to give up on the sale to the credit card companies. 3% or more. Josh listen this is why businesses only give credit back on the cards that were used for the purchase. The businesses have to pay a percentage of the sale to the credit card companies when they are used. If Roy or any business was to give cash back on a credit card sale they would be losing the 3-7% depending on the card. Roy would be handling this in the most acceptable manner be crediting the cards back with the money.

He has gone out of his way to catch attention, he has gone out of his way to flame roy, he has been unappreciative of the offers Mr. Cats has given him, and to top it all off he has been flaming those out there to help him. You've been selectively ignoring Wax's (one of the moderators) question; so perhaps the moderators are selectively ignoring your complaint.
