Well, the "other part" was that he wanted his refund in cash instead of back onto the 9 c cards, with interest and attorney fees...and wanted to upgrade to a Murcielago?!

 

If you paid for it on credit cards, why don't you just dispute the charge(s)? Surely you will win in this case. Simple and doesn't require a lawyer.

Josh: Well after I charged different parts of the car on 9 different credit cards, I didnt have enough credit to get a cash advance and register the car and the Dept of transportation wouldnt accept my Mothers Brothers cousins step sons Fingerhut card.....so I drove around in an unregistered car for a month and a half...
