It could have been retouched out of the photo.
Don't the stalks with the buckle receivers bend? Note the buckle receiver hidden for this photo... I postulate that the buckle receivers were bent down for the lady photo... Image Unavailable, Please Login
Anyone knows this car and its VIN? Was black now may be yellow with black leather. It does not match any 400 in the registry. http://www.autodrome.fr/countach_lp400_completed_3-4_r_lo.JPG http://www.anamera.com/en/detail/car/10522/index.html?no_cache=1&ret=63 Il y a t'il des compatriotes Francais a l'ecoute qui aurraient plus d'infos? ======== This particular car was sold new to Japan, and its history is known. It was re-imported to Europe in 1989. Very well maintained and owned by only a few careful owners, it is in very good running condition. The engine has very probably been overhauled at some point in time, and regular maintenance work was done recently: brakes, suspension bearings, clutch, overhauling of carburettors. A complete "bare metal" bodywork restoration has been entrusted to Carrosserie Lecoq, one of the best experts, as well as a new paintwork in its original yellow colour. The interior is totally authentic and original with a black leather upholstery in excellent condition. =========
