i'm no photo taking expert, but i happen to think the rainbow on headlights looks great. works well with most colors, day or night. On certain angles it looks strange, but in aggressive poses the car just look that much more in depth with the surrounding. but seems like you're quite a photo expert.
in some circumstances it looks alright, but it never looks great....there's so many crappy things happening to photos of late....HDR, tonemapping, photoshopping pics to absolute death, I like to keep mine natural...just my opinion though, whatever floats your boat. I'm not a photo expert by any means... CPL filters are great for minimising reflections etc. but the rainbow headlights I can't stand for some reason....
The benefits of the polarizer outweight the negatives (if you want to call them that, I don't have a prob with it) - I wouldn't take a car photo without one anymore unless its an extremely low light situation or at night. Even better for landscape photos.
yellow 360 HD top down on old cleveland rd heading west tonight around alex hills. Didnt get to see the plates, but it may have been the F1 ENZO one...
Silver or light blue 360 H/D in Niddrie Cafe strip last night. Very "undercover" in that shade. Well it would have been if it wasn't for the rice racer wheels
Don't worry PP, there are some places left where they are rare. I've been in Bombay for 2 days. Not a Ferrari to be seen anywhere.
You weren't at crown today? McLaren F1, F430 coupe, Bentley coupe with [107] and Merc SL w/ TAS [30]. (See cool/tool thread) Also saw blue F355 on Chapel St.
Spotted a red Ferrari 400 or 412 this morning in Toorak (near Kooyong Station) - might have been this one. Also a nice new silver Jaguar XKR in Burnley.
Rareish spot! Yesterday about 5ish, logan motorway in peakhour type traffic. Heading towards Gold Coast at the toll rd at forest lake. Silver 360 CS! Looked ****ing good...
Ryan - is one of mine, and certainly rare; is the only silver one in Aus. Cam - have you had the pleasure yet?
