    Well, I guess you could add:
    Jan. 26th "New Owner" brings car to C&C to show off

    I thought the car looked nice, but only spoke with the "new owner" for a few minutes about the car, as I did not have much in common from what I could tell, and was speaking with a few other people at C&C at the time.

    wonder if the state has gotten involved yet. doubt they look fondly on someone allegedly not registering a car

    was the car properly insured? Doubt it if it want registered (allegedly).

    Do they (insurance companies) run some sort of "checks" on automobile title(s)?

    In most states they require REGISTRATION! I have my suspicions about whether he was insured or not!

    Interestingly enough, in Oregon it's the other way around-- you have to have insurance first, in order to register the vehicle.

    You have to have proof of insurance on file with the California DMV before you get tags.

    AND you can get plates and registration as well, as long as you have proff of insurance and a bill of sale for the vehicle..YOU do not need Title in hand to Register the car...

    Is that an arrestable offense... perhaps without registration...

    Actually, never really put that together...

    I guy is pulled over driving a lambo that has been "requested to be impounded by the courts" and the driver can't show registration... he's lucky they removed the cuffs! I'M SURPRISED HE DIDN'T GET A CITY JAIL TOUR.
