I like it including everything. Even very cool/rare muscle cars are worthwhile in my opinion!

White Saleen S7. On Knox Henderson.

Until there is a separate thread, I think this car deserves a mention.

One of the most rare sightings IMHO.

WOW. Did you get to see it go over the Katy Trail hump? That would be a sight to see.

No doubt, that's rare! It must be the one I saw this weekend. This is a Twin Turbo model. One of the earliest of only 78 Saleen S7 Twin Turbos built. Someone mentioned in another thread that this is the only one in white. I think this car looks incredible in person.

    Info of it

Saleen, celebrating over twenty years as a specialty vehicle manufacturer, presents this 2006, new Saleen S7 Tein Turbo American supercar. Designed, engineered, certified, manufactured and marketed by Saleen Inc. in Irvine, Calif., this 2006 S7 Twin Turbo has been conceived to combine the performance of a track-only racecar with the driving pleasure of a road car with a top speed in excess of 200 mph and a zero-to-sixty time of under three seconds!

Working with some of the world's most respected and technologically advanced automotive suppliers, Saleen has designed the S7 to compete with the fastest, most agile, most luxurious, grand touring cars in the world.

This 2006 Saleen S7 is the only Pearl White S7 in existence.

    EXTERIOR

Saleen took design and aerodynamics to a whole new level. Advanced wind tunnel-developed aerodynamics, including integrated split-channel airflow throughout the car. Full-underside aerodynamics have also been developed to cut down on wind turbulence. Finally an integrated rear body-width wing that gives you the needed down force when driving at triple digit speeds.

The S7 is 188 inches in length and more than 78 inches wide, it stands only 41 inches tall and has a 4-inch ground clearance. Its wheelbase is 106 inches, and the front track width is a sizable 68.75 inches. The space-frame chassis is made of lightweight steel with honeycomb composite panels and has “full tray” body sculpting underneath.

The doors open up and away from the body - a mode that’s familiar in supercars. This S7 Twin Turbo weighs approximately 2,800 pounds. Peeking through the back window gives onlookers a unique view of the engine. Forged-alloy wheels hold 19-inch tires in front and 20-inchers at the rear.

    INTERIOR

Take a race car interior, wrap it with fine Connolly leather and what you have is a Saleen S7 Twin Turbo interior that seats two very lucky people. The car has been outfitted with a backup camera system that is integrated with the flip-up LCD display on the radio to give you more confidence when backing up. Comfort amenities include standard air conditioning, power windows and locks, adjustable pedals and a six-CD player. Analog gauges include a center-mounted tachometer.

    UNDER THE HOOD

This all-aluminum block 7.0-liter V-8 develops 750 hp and 700 pounds-feet of torque. Space-age materials are used, including stainless-steel valves, titanium retainers and magnesium intake manifolds. A six-speed-manual transmission drives the rear wheels.

    DRIVETRAIN

The transmission is a longitudinal, 6-speed all synchro-mesh transaxle. The S7 has a limited slip differential, light-weight inboard and outboard tri-pod joints and high torque capacity steel halfshafts. The metallic clutch is 5.5" in diameter with 4-plate, hydraulic actuation.

This is a brand new car, with all of its original accessories, keys and books. We are an authorized Saleen dealer. This vehicle comes with a 2 year/unlimited mile warranty. Be one of the first to own the exotic, yet uniquely american 750 horsepower Saleen S7 Twin Turbo.

For more information or to schedule that test drive please contact Sales @ 877-840-5146.

I agree, change the title Tillman.

And boy... that white S7 looks incredible. The white really shows off the vents well.

Well, that is definitely another way of looking at it.

    I'm still for a separate Ferrari-only thread.

Thanks for the info Jorge! Just seeing one up close surpassed my expectations of what it would be like. Being the only pearl white one in the world and essentially brand new made it better. This thing must be a monster! That's a lot of power and torque; I had no idea it was so light either. The Saleen S7 has most certainly gained a higher level of respect in my mind (especially the Twin Turbo models).:)

Add me to the list. "[DFW] Ferrari and Exotic Spotters!" kinda DOES sound more appropriate.

Most don't get it 'till they see it, but you should see what it does for a Boxer.....among other "aggressive" cars.

Had lunch today with another Ferrari owner. We whined/complained/bragged about our cars, and had some good food. Sadly, neither of us drove our Ferraris. As I was leaving the parking lot, I happened to spot this little number. I also noticed that it had 2 lights on the front, under the bumper, clearly marking who it belonged to.

    Hi Rob! :)

Now that the name has changed I feel comfortable saying that on Friday around 4:15, as waiting for a fire truck to pass me on Abrams near Vickery, a certain Pearl Orange Murci passed me on the opposite side heading towards Mockingbird. It looked amazing in the sunlight, and I instantly wished that I was riding in it instead of the Accord...

    Now that's worth posting about!

Since this thread's going to be a free-for-all, the name change is a good idea.

I myself shall continue as a purist and report Ferrari sightings only.
