Some of you may have missed these pics in the 348 section. I'm having the car resprayed next january, so thought I'd have some fun this year. Hence the Scud stripe... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Only interior pics I have at the moment. Other modifications I've done are: - 360 Carbon seats - 360 Challenge steering wheel - 355 Magnesium Wheels - 355 Suspension bushes - Carbon fiber heatshields - Lots of Hill engineering bits - Wheel spacers (15mm front - currently removed & 25mm rears) - Tubi exhaust - Hyper-flow cats - Silicon rad hoses - Magnecor ignition leads (red) - NGK iridium spark plugs In the next couple of weeks, I'll also have done a 355 bonnet modification and put on 6 pot AP Racing brakes on the front. Cheers! Was there any reason to remove the front spacers? You car looks great, although I am not really a fan of any kind of stripe...
the car has been set too low and it damaged the wheel arches. Once the new springs are put in, I'll put the spacers back in. You can see the damage in the pics below. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
How much were the silicon high pressure hoses please Sy and where from, as I am replacing them on mine at the end of the month. Do you have a shot of your engine bay so that I can see what the red leads look like please
Always a mistake to post up Ferrari damage shots, especially on a Ferrari forum IMO. If one was to look up the meaning of the word "fickle" i am sure it would say "The future Ferrari buyer"
Does'nt really bother me. Most people know everything about my car as I posted up an entire engine out service we did. Picture of the hose set below. You can get them from SFS performance direct or from QV London or Ricambi in the US. The silicon hoses are copied from the original set I sent to SFS. Can't remember teh retails price they told me as I got mine at a large discount. Think it was something like £137 for the full 8 piece kit. The two small hoses can only be attached when the engine has been taken out. Full thread info here: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=152168&highlight=silicon+hose Magnecors I got from QV London. They had a couple of 348 sets left last year. Looks like a very nice car. Too bad the steering wheel is on the wrong side. Very nicely done, though. Art
