    Good catch!

A new customer who has owned it ('64 3.8 Roadster) since '71 had just dropped it off for some mechanical work.

It IS a beauty, isn't it?

Here's a list of available colors for 275GTB4
    http://www.barchetta.cc/english/All.Ferraris/summary/Colours.275.GTB.htm

Though the colors themselves are not displayed, my memory says it's Giallo Solare [Sun Yellow] - as Arvorio [Ivory] is a bit lighter.

    *pokes around*
Here's Chinetti's famous GTB/4 NART Spyder, in Giallo Solare - Indoors - lighting is similar, [albeit, shinier] to 2NA's visitor - and angle of pic is close to that of Post 13.

Other pics outdoors - same shade
    http://www.*************/cars/532.html

re; above photo links: The Thomas Crown Affair car was originally in Giallo Solare, "marooned" on celluloid, and restored to Giallo.

Here's a 430 Spider in Arvorio - with bit of dramatic lighting

Thanks for the wealth of information.

It has been a few years but IIRC Allan, the owner told me that he had the car painted this color (not original to the car) some time ago. I don't know if it is exactly an available original color.

With the arrival of Spring the Etype is finally going home (Bernie spotted it in the first post after it was delivered back in October). It's undergone a lot of work and is finally a car again.

I'm in the South Metro, I take clients by appointment only. This is a pretty special car, 2nd owner, all original (except for a few chrome parts done when nearly new) and under 17,000 original miles.

I'll post a few more pictures when I get it cleaned up a bit.

Tim, I love your shop it looks like a very practical layout and close to home too LOL. That is a dream of mine when we build our next house. Incorporate a 8 car garage into the build (two, 2 car garages, double deep, side entry, relative to the front of the house) on five or more acres of land. The plan would be to eventually erect a 10,000 - 15,000 sq./ft shop in the back to do marine and specialty automotive work. In six more years at 50 y.o. I want to be able to do what I want to do not what I need to do to make a living. Looks like you have achieved that. Sincerely, Vic

PS: Bet you never regret installing that back window way up there to let the light in. Well maybe when you have to clean it.

Thanks, I've spent years putting this place together. I wish I had more space but that would cost more to heat as well.

The window faces East so I get the morning sun beaming in (spiders seem to like it as well, LOL).
