    Would you believe that they sold me that GT for $145k? I could not believe that looking at the prices now. I did love the car, but I LOVE lamborghini. Nothing like them! I should have the Murci this week!

    I know! I had a similar offer, but I figured I would get a "better" bargain and offer 130k. Now I know I who I lost the car too. I really was'nt too crazy about the color tho. Congrats on the Murci, would love to see it!

    Ian, where have you been? How is the new little one?
    You are going to have to take a quick road trip down to Winfield in the new Murci.....you and Doug can caravan it down with his Diablo. We could get some great pictures along Cowley 20!

    I got the Viper back from Woodhouse yesterday, and I might be able to make it to a get-together on Saturday. Also, if the weather holds, I'm going to try to make it to the Friday night show at Big's (Central and Ridge) tomorrow night.

    I'd "vote" for the same spot (the parking lot right south of Jimmies'), and I think morning (9:00?) would work better for me, if that works for the rest of the group.

    (Brian- Regarding the HP and torque- The numbers stayed the same (649 and 653 estimated at the crank). Woodhouse uses a Mustang dyno (which usually reads lower than a Dynojet), and a 20% driveline-loss factor (which some think it a bit high). The peak HP/torque at the wheels was 519/522.)

    If Bonedoc is bringing his murci, I'd love to see it! Do you guys mind if I tag along? Saturday is supposed to be great, 76 and sunny! Its perfect weather to take the top down.

    Everyone is welcome at these things (as indicated by the Italians mixing with the Dodges......). In the past, we've met for breakfast at Jimmy's Dinner (parking in the lot to the south of Jimmy's), and then gone out for a drive in the area.

    We usually go for a "good" spirited drive on some roads around Wichita. Last time we drove the curvy road between Wichita and Augusta. If I recall correctly, Darell had to dust off some street bikes. I am not sure if their eardrums ever recovered :)
