    Hey guys,

First off, sorry if this is in the wrong part of the forum, but I figure it's technical in nature and there are some brilliant people who frequent this part of the site and who can perhaps help me out.

Now, the Veyron: it has an adjustable suspension that can go from normal ride height to medium to road hugging. I've done some research but the pictures I was able to find did not show the critical components as they are integrated into the suspension.

I did find a picture, though, but I need your help to make sense of it!

We see the shock absorber (Bilstein) and the Eibach spring and the black brake line. I am noticing something that's black and rubbery in the lower right hand portion: is this the air-ride bellow thingie? If so, how does it regulate the ride height if there's already a spring and an ordinary shock absorber installed?

Can anyone provide some details? Or even better, some pictures of this system?

    Cheers!

My guess is that's a hydraulic line and the grey thing under the spring is a hydraulic cylinder. That way the ride height can be adjusted without changing the spring rates as occurs with air bags.

Hmm, I'm not too sure. Then what's the rubbery thing in the bottom right?
