Hi guys, how are you'll doing?

I am looking for a Testarossa, and have one particular black specimen in my mind. It is serviced by Patrick Otis Company in Berkeley.

Please, if anybody can give me some information about this company, I would be really happy.

    Any information will be appreciated!

Thank you very much in advance for your help!

    Kind regards
    Hans

They have an excellant reputation as one of the very best shops in the world. Exacting perfectionists. look for very small precise handwriting on the reports and you can believe what it says. One question might be as to when it was serviced there and how much work they did ? you can contact them by telephone, they are listed.

Ottis' is one of the most reputable and talented shops/vendors in the business. They have done fantastic work on my V12 when it first arrived in Europe. Honest and knowledgeable, just not cheap or always easy to get into...But....like with everything in life you get what you pay for.

I would recommend his east bay shop without hesitation. Good luck with the black Testarossa.

Patrick and his company really know their stuff. I have talked to him more than once about my car and some of its issues during rebuild. He was always polite, took his time, and answered my questions. I have never had a car in his shop, due to distance, but would not think twice about taking it there if I could.

I am sure you can review with him all work done on the car. Have him do the PPI. Have discussed that with him before, and I think you will get a thorough inspection.

    Good luck.

Their reputation is four stars...maybe five stars, if you are allowed to have more!!

They have a technician that posts here, and have done restorations of multimillion dollar vintage Ferraris, if they can handle stuff like that you could be proud to know they maintained your modern Ferrari.....

I toured their shop and attended a tech session with the Ferrari Club. I have not had work done, but I would not worry about a car serviced there. The car is most probably as it should be.

I have used Patrick Ottis for many years for (at different times) two Lussos, a 275 GTB, a 365GTC, and a 330GTS. He and his staff are the most competent, most reputable, and most straightforward people I've ever encountered in ANY business. Has always been a pleasure to work with them.
