Bummer they couldn't finish out the season. One of my favorite moments for the team was last year at the Canadian GP when Sato pulled off that pass on Alonso.

This sucks. Now this means even less cars on the grid, when we all wanted more. I hope they can come back for next season, if not, hopefully Davidson and Sato get a good racing seat somewhere, for a change.

there are so many billionaires out there, so many huge companies which could use this great marketing opportunity.

if I had the money, I would buy super aguri or join as big partner to keep this team alive.

the f1 needs small teams - with passion and soul. this IS such a team!

Hopefully then can come back next year completely separate from Honda. Nick Fry, it seems, wanted them out badly.

This is bad news, Super Aguri probed to be very resourceful with little money they had. They embarrassed the Honda outfit many times.

Well that means no more Sato. It least there is a silver lining to the cloud.

I'm not so sure about that... I think he'll make a come back one way or another.

    Bummer! :(

I am surprised we haven't heard anything from the evil-pygmy - He did step in to help Minardi a few years back if memory serves correctly.

Hopefully the loss of two cars screws up his contracts with the promoters and costs him *lots* of $ [But I doubt it of course :(]

    Cheers,
    Ian

Not surprising but sad to see them go. F1 will lose a lot if the small, passionate teams have to close their doors and we end up with only large, corporate teams.

I'll miss them. In some ways the small teams are the heart of the sport. At least I still have the S/A hat.

To be honest, I haven't really noticed super aguri since sato quit taking out half the field...

Frankly, I think torro rosso should go to.

too closely linked to their parent teams... imagine if super aguri had won the championship. could they be called a constructor? Please...

I am disappointed they couldn't find an independent buyer.
