Here is the link of one of the wineries that we visited. Frank Casanova hosted our group starting with a spirited drive from Sonoma, wine tasting from his private cellar and a 4 course meal (Italian lunch). There are so many more things that he did for us that it's too much to list. If anyone wants to PM me I am more than willing to give you further details.

    Frank and Denise.....THANKS AGAIN!!!

Ken, where did you take these guys in Sonoma?
I know you lived there and there is nothing like a local showing the way...I was almost going to guess the panoramic shot of the valley was from the Ferrari-Carano tasting room in Dry Creek, but it wasn't exactly the right angle. Great gardens, nice vantage point, but owners (Harrah's Casino Reno) placed it in the heart of Zinfandel country and are overshadowed by superior neighbors.

I miss the several years that I lived there ... change the oil and have to go break it in around the Geyserville loop!

Thanks Roy. I've always wanted to do that trip as a long weekend. Not sure how it would fare in a 308, but mine's coming out of a full engine rebuild, trans service/clutch, etc... so it should make it just fine....

Wow! What an awesome trip Roy et al!

Thanks for the tip on the Enzo wine - just
went to their site and ordered 2 of the 2003 Cabs - one for Carlo and one for Lino
at Alfa of Tacoma as a thanks for all the little 'freebies' and extra service Carlo has
done for me at no extra charge in the last 2 months. (Shhhh - don't tip them off -
    it's a surprise :D)

But not sure I'd like the 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM trip home in my 328!! Not even sure
in the E500. But I drive a HUGE sales route for my business, so I guess I'm not
in for long drives 'for fun'!!

    Thanks for all the pix
