The side profile looks really good! I wonder if that's what the wheels will look like? I really like the design.

I agree about the Maranello bit... if it looks anything like it, I'm giving it a thumbs up! :)

    Hmmm...

There seems to be some kind of indentation on the doors...maybe like the 599's?

    Carboceramic brakes.

Something seems to be hidden where the C pillar meets the trunk.

The font end definitely seems to have that oval grille that was talked about.

Something is hiding under the slight hump on the roof...maybe multiple roof panels or a glass section?

It must be fun for designers to read all the internet speculation each time a mule is driven in public.

Overall this might turn out to be the prettiest new Ferrari since the 360, but that could be either good or bad depending how you look at it. The 599, though not pretty at first, was certainly striking and grew on people. A rehashed, pretty - yet SL'ish - shape might be pretty, but too 'common' looking for the demographic.

The headlight cover gives interesting insights. Looks like the actual body is a lot narrower than that camouflage. My guess is that the headlights won't look like anything we've seen before from Ferrari, especially the 'bulge' that can be seen under both lights looks somewhat strange, togehter with that rounded side line the headlights seem to have a near triangular shape. Hope it won't turn out like what R&T predicts, compare the pictures... although those mule pictures suggest that the body is more rounded compared to the straight lines around the front lights R&T's rendering has, I fear they might be close to reality...

Man I can't wait for this car to be unveiled, I have a feeling it is going to be a real beauty and all of this speculation will come to rest.

I haven't liked this car from the start but might be changing my mind.

Been a long time since Ferrari made a great looking car.

    Will see

I haven't studied this camo like you guys, but this is kind of resembles a GranTurismo in the front and a 599 in the rear to me. No doubt the camo is trying to give the impression of a much fuller bodied car than it actually is. The camo on the side looks like it is there to make the car look wider since there is a rather odd indent on the driver's side. The C pillar camo looks like it is hiding the 599's flying buttresses.

I would tend to agree here... I think the maranello is a far better looking car than its replacement (the 599)...

A long time?!?!? What about the 430 Scud? The 430? The 550 and 575? The ENZO, for Pete's sake, the FXX? The 599 is gorgeous!

Go back to your VW-inspired Porsche!! Or that rice-burning Nissan

550 is nice, 575 is a rehash. 430 is fugly, 599 is worse. Enzo is pure Japanese anime mastrubation, and doesn't properly belong to the Pinafarina tradition.

I really like the 599 alot more than the 550/575. Not a big fan of the 612 I guess the 456 is hard to replace.

For sure. But that is the one thing about taste there is no right or wrong, only different for everyone. Personally I love the 456 and 599, not so much the 612, but think it is still quite nice, not a fan of the 430, but LOVE the 360. I don't care for the TR's or the 348's but I do like the 355...LOVE the 288 GTO and the 308, bit less the 328...Go figure...

So if the F149 looks a bit like a cross between a 456 and 599 (which IS what the current artist renditions based on the camo pics show) then I should REALLY LIKE IT!

Oh, FXX...GAG ME! That thing is just GROSS, and the Enzo is not far behind... Yea, I DO like the F50, guess what...NOT the F40!

    YMMV!
