What happened? A driver hit a dog and had to exit the race. If anyone sees a link for it please post it.

Apologies, I don't have a link and I'm glad I don't. The part I saw wasn't pleasant. There were two dogs however I'm hoping the second one managed to find safety.

I'd repost the link to the Bridgestone suicidal dog commercial, but that would be a smidge tacky.

I don't understand how they could get onto the circuit, I'm presuming the entire track has a fence/wall around it. If a dog can make it onto a track, how easy must it be for a person to.

This is extemely serious and embarrasing for the turkish organizers. Luckliy the dog was apparently small, a driver can be badly is he hits the dog in the wrong angle. The suspension got really mangled after encountering the dog

Luckily it wasn't as serious as when da Matta hit the deer at Road America a few years back, he is only now beginning to regain his old form.

Not really. That dog was at least a 40-pound border-collie type breed. More appropriately, luckily he hit the dog with his wheel and didn't nose into it.
