A patient gave me a card about it. He's invested in it. He says you split the water to it's components. I asked him what they were. He said "hydrogen and oxygen". I said: wow, that sounds like electrolysis! That takes gobs of energy. He said: no it only takes 12 volts and your battery can do it so its basically free energy.
