Hi, is there anybody who can help me check a Carfax record? I have the VIN -- the car is a Ferrari F355 (1995 model).

    Thanks a lot!

Just go to www.carfax.com and click the red button on the right that says 'Order Reports Now'.
It's pretty self explanatory - just need the VIN and a credit card. Last time I did it I think I paid
$30 or so, but it's been a while

I also wouldn't bet the farm on the results. An inspection is always worth the money.

Sorry but when I bought a $7000 car I paid the 0.3% premium for a carfax subscription.....

Of course I'd do it if I was buying a 50 to 200 thousand dollar car.....

I'm not looking to buy this car; I'm helping somebody find the service history and I thought we might also try the Carfax database as an avenue. It's not conclusive by any means and definitely won't be used to make any decisions on the car.

    Thanks!
