Its been a long time since we've seen a series 1 car for sale on Ebay that hasn't been destroyed. This one has original S1 wheels, badges, etc. When was the last time you saw an original Dino horn button? This car has undergone a color change from its original green. Change out the cheapo accel spark plug wires, replace the gearshift knob, do a major, replace the fuel lines, and repaint the lower valance the correct color and you might have a nice little car. $28k seems about right. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&sspagename=ADME%3AB%3ASS%3AUS%3A1123&viewitem=&item=260247391192 whoops! I just noticed that somebody took off the sought after NLA Dino wheels center emblems and replaced them with "horsey" ones (as my grandson would say)
while not original, at least the shift knob looks period original. Always nice to see a car that doesn't have a metal shift knob, drilled pedals or shields!
'75's ended around 113xx. There were a bunch of cars in the 113xx through 114xx range that were 208's.
