Ah, yet another CGT crash. I've never driven one, but it really seems to drive home how edgy this car is. Little over reving out you 180 degrees.

Looks like young Lewis learned something from his daddy this week... *thinking about his pit road incident in Canada* LOL! My two LEAST favorite drivers out in one shot...BANG! NICE! Great drive by Kubica and Heidfeld though! DC got in the points too! FINALLY! His first time of the year. Makes a nice payday for him as he is paid in large part on points that he scores. Bit over a mill a point a few years back...not sure what it is now. James Austin, TX
That will be a write off for sure. We had a guy here in Calgary go off the road on Highway # 8 with his CGT about 18-20 months ago.....it was a flat grass shoulder.....he skidded for a couple of hundred metres.......the parts estimate was $250K.....I imagine the labour was a bit too.
That is NUTS! Does not even look like he hurt anything hardly at all! That is just CRAZY! Ok, just looked at the pics again... He did tear some stuff up back there, but I can't imagine it would be enough to write the thing off completely! James
yeah i cant see it being a writeoff... looks like just body work. unless hes cracked the tub or something we cant see.
i am starting to think that porsche actually made more money repairing all the crashed cgt's than through selling them
Yes, should have let Lewis crash instead, he is much better at making up excuses. "I saw a red light, but a saw some cars side by side, and it confused me. I expected someone's voice to come on my radio and tell me what to do, but it was too late. People are too slow. It's too bad. I was getting to where I was going so quickly, it was in the bag. I apologize if I ruined that playground that kids play in. Maybe I did, who knows? These things happen all the time."
Apparently, he was on a quest to find some shrubbery. Not only did he take out the shrubbery, he said nee to a nearby elderly woman. Oh, what sad times are these when passing ruffians can `nee' at will to old ladies. Image Unavailable, Please Login
