We are past excusing behavior now he has been sentenced in the criminal part . Now we need to assign % of responsibility and a dollar figure.
That jail cell looks better than some dorm rooms http://photos.tmz.com/galleries/linda_hogans_boy_toy#19025 Check out the guy that is dating Linda, one of Nicks friends. Found this on the same website, so most of you might have already seen it.
Hmm, you haven't seen the bad dorm rooms? ASU has them, luckily I was in one that was just 1 year old.
Latest update..... Article on the St. Pete Times Times website says Nick now has some cell mates in the jail. Seems some other teenage offenders have been transfered in so now he is not the only teenager in the adult jail. He'll mouth off to one of them and they'll pound him onto the floor. Stay tuned.
I saw some of this crap on Nancy Grace last night (wow, can that woman shriek!). The whole "Hogan" family is like a live-action cartoon, I can't imagine anyone taking them seriously. The big "ka-ching" will be when the personal injury attorneys are done with them.
Nick is the ultimate example of trash....talking poorly about Graziano in wake of the accident, shrugging responsibility, discussions of a future reality TV show, etc.....all the while mommy and daddy paying for defense, lawsuits, medical costs - they are chiefly responsible for enabling the little monster. 8 months in jail is a pittance....Nick should consider himself lucky. The judge should have given him at least a couple of years to stew and consider his actions; particularly given his past record and disregard for the law. A good a$$ kicking in jail will hopefully open his eyes to humility....otherwise, the kid is absent of it altogether.
I watched some of Nancy Grace last night as well. She had Mickey Sherman (a Stamford, CT atty) as a guest commentator on the Hogan case situation. He is pretty good at keeping snotty little rich kids out of jail for DUI's, minor drug charges, and other minor offenses. But I doubt he would touch the Hogan case with a 10' pole knowing that the personal injury attorneys are going to clean out the Hulkster's bank accounts. Mickey does like to get paid, even if he loses.
My guess, is he either get's his ass kicked, or he learns some new tricks of the trade from his cellmate. I'd like to know what his cellmate is in for.
Cellmates Share Bollea's Age, But Their Crimes Are Different By STEPHEN THOMPSON | The Tampa Tribune Published: June 6, 2008 Christopher A. Johnson Santiago Langston Deshawn Jamarius Smith After complaining to Pinellas County prison officials about being stuck in solitary confinement while doing time for injuring his friend in an auto wreck, Nick Bollea has company: three cellmates who, like Bollea, are 17 years old. Jamarius Smith is serving time for sale and possession of cocaine; Christopher Johnson is serving time for violating the terms of his probation after he was sentenced on a charge of robbery by sudden snatching; and Santiago Langston is serving time for fleeing and eluding police. The three, along with Bollea, share a cell that can have as many as six inmates. During the day, the cell opens up to a common area, where inmates can interact with up to 10 other juveniles, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office. Stay with TBO.com for updates. I hate to say it, but he will likely as not end up the new gang leader of an up-and-coming little convenience concession and used-performance-parts social organization when they get out.
Damn, Nick is an easy target now. He's just a "cracker". LOL. Wonder if they'll try(make) to get him to use some coke.
