FERRARI 288 GTO

I begining to like the 288 GTO more and more each day.

 

Not at all difficult to fall in love with.

Hi Joe , i sure did , it ended 55687 , B517 NDL , 64580 km on the clock , i am sure he said he had owned it since 1988 . Andy.

This car was formery owned by Charles Church and registered on UK plates CC 1.

Thanks Andy! Now we know where Charles Church's former car is and the current owner clearly took it over immediately upon Church's passing away...

What's the highest mileage you are aware of?

 

I love all ferrari paint from Hideki it s really an Artist.

 

Last Weekend we did a meeting with some sportscars-friends in Germany, Stuttgart. It was a Charity Event for the cancer-station of a childrens hospital.

To this meeting, organized by some members of http://www.carpassion.com/de/forum/ this till now unknown 288 GTO did show up.

I was told some guy in France had more than mine, but this one also is higher mileage. I've just accumulated too many toys, but dirive them all, so the GTO gets driven less.

I don't believe one was turned over yet. I planned on doing that to mine when I drove it more. It probably will not happen now.
