DFW Ferrari and Exotic Spotters

Saw a Maybach @ Inwood and NW Hwy. I started writting a smart a** commentary on draperies Hyundai styling but a keyboard malfunction spared you.

 

There is a Silver Gray Maybach at the Gym I go to a couple of times a week its a lot longer looking in real life than in pictures.

 

Saw a yellow 360 with challenge grill a few minutes ago at OConnor and 114

 

Saw a black Maybach on hwy 26 in Colleyville yesterday. I drive an LX460 and it made my car look like a compact. That thing is damn big.

What's with the Maybach invasion?

 

I was at a shop here in Rowlett talking about getting my soon to be Lancia repaired, and the owner (a Ferrari guy with 4 F-cars) told me about a run in he had a few days ago off of Frankford with a Reventon. He was in his 360. Any Lambo guys know of someone taking delivery of the new beast in Dallas???

 

Im not 100% sure on this but the guy that owns Clear (the lounge/club downtown) told me he was getting one about 2 months ago when I had a few drinks with him: short hispanic guy with long curly hair. I figured it was just drunk talk but you never know.

 

I'd be skeptical of that. It's easy to see a grigio LP640 and mistake it for a Reventon if you're not used to see them.

 

LOL! No, mine is the L version, it's a few inches longer. He-he.

 

BTW, what shop in Rowlett are you reffering to?

Im in Rowlett 80% of the time and just curious.

 

WOW, on the way home from Autos in the Park, I saw the Delorean and Aston Martin that was there, on the road, and I also saw a Flying Spur x2 and F430 and PORSCHE 911 GT3 RS on Preston... wow, I was amazed at the Porsche; my first. See the pic...

Late report from last night but still interesting. After leaving the IRL race at TMS & heading back to the Panther City, I spotted something very strange. A red convertible smart car had gotten in a wreck with a limo heading west bound on I35W at the downtown Belknap exit.

 

I can only assume the Smart car did not fair well in the crash... :-\

 

Was there anything left of the Smart car???

 

Well, he is in the car biz, especially Italian, as well as an avid exotic fan. He even is going to join Fchat. Plus, he showed me the spread from EVO of a Reventon when I asked him if he was certain. This is legit. We just have to bring it out into the wild, just like the Enzo in Rockwall (which had a spread in EVO as well, first in Texas)

Dark Grey 550 at Gloria's in Colleyville. Nice car, my son complimented owner who did a perfect raise nose, wave and ignore. Sad, a simple "thanks" would have been nice.
