It's actually the second SLR I've seen on McKinney. I saw a black one about a year ago turning in front of Tru Lucks.
White 360 Spider at Mi Cocina West Village on 06.11.08. I had not seen a white one in person. It looked quite handsome.
Around 5:30 there was a red 308 at the Starbucks at 66 and Dalrock. Talked to the owner and turned him onto Fchat. It was a nice driver, but never seen it in town before.
Black Maserati Gransport on Firewheel Pkwy. in Garland. Grey Lotus Elise in Garland heading towards Sachse too...
Dark gray F430 at the Inwood Post Office and a blue and white striped Viper SRT-10 coupe with GTS-R style spoiler blew past me on Lovers right in front of the tollway. Sounded really good. Saw a Gallardo LP560-4, but that was at the Lamborghini dealership this morning.
A brand new SLR CABRIO outside Cafe Pacific in Highland Park Village on Saturday. It still had the paper dealer tags on it. Sounds like he made the rounds this weekend celebrating the new purchase. That's the first Cabrio I've seen of an SLR, pretty sweet. And parked just a few spots over a Ford GT in the Gulf Racing colors of blue and orange, awesome.
Good question, I haven't seen one in several years now. The last time I saw an SLR, was about the last time I saw an Enzo, so it's been awhile!
I have yet to see an Enzo or an SLR in the wild, and there is a man with an Enzo on the opposite side of the bridge from me. I am keeping my fingers crossed with hopes of seeing both soon...
There was a red Murci trolling around Uptown last night. I spotted him a couple times on McKinney @ Allen. No SLR this time, but I'll be out there again tonight.... J
Apparently, I'm the only person in Dallas that does not have a Ferrari! Again, I was out in Uptown on McKinney last night and spotted AT LEAST 6 different 430. Red, Black, Dark Gray, spider, coupe, etc etc. Also seen, orange Murci, Red Diablo roadster, a dark gray R8, at least a half dozen Continental GT's, and every Maserati ever shipped into Texas.
I seen one at Barrett-Jackson, it was a beauty. Those things start at 250,000. Nice spot there Bimmer...
