I have to say I am not supprised... I knew a girl who worked for Dale Earnhart SR... and she said they were very lude, rude and always sexually harrasing her... this was back in the early 90's... So I know there are two sides to the story... but I'm not supprised... its a pretty chauvinistic world in Nascar... not to mention lots of billy bobs working in the biz....
After reading some of the comments that her co-workers made, I'm appalled how people could be so stupid/racist.
Holy Christ!!!!! Racers acting crudely?!? Who'd a' thunk it?!? Next thing you know, they'll be uttering profanities in NFL locker rooms!!!

You can't blame her for trying to get some, errr.... a whole lot of money out of it though. Who here would pass up on possible millions?
In my book claiming you require $250m compensation for something along these lines just looks like someone trying it on. Its a crazy amount.
