Is that an early one? I thought that car was a '91? I could be wrong but I thought I read that somewhere. Some later cars did have those sliding windows.

i never see this one! this guy, i love him! what he did with Ferrari is really nice. Shame because Lafitte tries also the F40....but there s nothing in you tub.
the video is mislabeled. It actually comes from the original series of Top Gear before it was canceled in 1997; where some of the remaining cast formed a show called 5th gear on TV 5. This video seems to have come from around 1994 or 1995 prior to the TG test of the F50 vs. the 1990? F1 Ferrari. Good video I'm sure I have the Hi res around somewhere
I think Top Gear was around in 2000. Certainly was when I did a show for them with Tiff Needell then.
Yes, it was around in 2000, ratings were down, Jeremy had long left the show, and 2000 was the final year. 2002 was the return of the show in the "new format" which they expected to reach it's peak in 2004, and end by 2005.... the "supercars" episode was it's peak... but they continue to astonish themselves, and the ratings office for the highest rated show on Sunday evening... seasons are getting shorter and longer between these days. I think why I had 1997 stuck in my mind was a recent re-watch of an episode from 1997...

yeah, but look at that garage... all white cars... Ford GT CLK-GTR Porsche GT1 Ferrari F430 Porsche GT3 (RS?) and a Gulf blue GT40.. can't turn this into a white one, so i guess that's why he has a white Ford GT? beautiful garage and great set of cars!
