Wow - very nice, hope she appreciated it. Would love to have spent a bit longer there, looking around - but we did do the 17 Mile Pebble Beach drive. Stopped to feed a cute little squirrel - he was watching me go back to the car and get something out, so figured he wanted something, so hand fed him a tiny bit of bread. Nearly died when I got to New Jersey and was told that most of the squirrels over there carry rabies - didn't think they were so cute after that!! One day I want to go back and do the drive from LA to Frisco again, but take a lot longer than we did last time. Only spent one night at the Inn at Morro Bay, and would love to stay there for a few days, if not longer, next time (and this time check out Cayucos). We were there in '89, and a friend's uncle owned the Inn, so we were looked after. Maybe I can talk hubby into taking me back there for our 20th Wedding Anniversary next year - that's as good an excuse as any

Nice pieces....if you're into the cafe latte set No, seriously, what are the handles made of, can't really tell from the pic.
Maybe, but I think bakelite is darker than that. Also a fairly inexpensive material to use, but I suppose it suits the OHOS
