So Cal. CS/Scuderia Drive

I have to be in southern California for the weekend of July 25th and this would give me an excuse to bring the Ferrari.

 

I believe ELIM has already one set up for July, in Long Beach at the Yardhouse rest.

Im in for that!!

 

If it happens, its gonna be the bestest and loudest drive ever!!

 

It going to be huge ... I believe there are already 15 cars confirmed and I have another three in my pocket. I expect at least 20 cars to show for this one.

We've already contacted 20 cars and have confirmed around 12. The date is July 20th. We will be sending out more emails shortly. We will have a San Fernando Valley group heading south to meet up with the OC and SD boys/girls.

 

Move it back 1 wk and I can bring my Stradale from Phoenix.

 

Let me check with everyone and see if that works. That would probably help us get two additional people that were going to be out of town. I may also have a cool surprise as well.

 

I was half joking. I will be in town the weekend of July 26th for a family reunion in the Sherman Oaks area but hadn't planned to bring the Ferrari. Please do not rearrange things on my behalf. I should have thought this through before I posted. I'm not positive I'm comfortable bringing the car and parking it at a hotel all weekend.

 

This idea has already been kicked around for over ONE year with various CS owners...it will be HUGE! The upcoming event will set the record for most Strads in one location!!

Oops, already sent out the emails regarding the 27th. It looks like we've picked up another 2 cars and maybe a 3rd if we move to the 27th. Still waiting to hear back from everyone to make sure the date works. We'll let you know shortly what the final date will be.

 

I'm sorry I can't make it. It will be a sight to see. Please Take LOTS of Pictures and post them.

It looks like everyone I've spoken with is good for 7/27. We've even picked up an additional 3 cars! If Jeffrey and the OC boys are good and Mark is good, the 27th is a go.

 

Can someone pm me with details such as exactly when and where? Hotel is in Sherman Oaks but will be back and forth between there and Malibu.

Depending on the meeting place we currently have around 15. If we meet up in Malibu or the VCR we gain a couple of people from up North & Arizona. However we might lose a couple from the South. We'll have to make a final decision on a meeting place to get a final count.
