ASPEN FOOD & WINE CLASSIC

This was the last day of Aspen's 26th Annual Food and Wine Classic. The weather for all three days was fantastic. The food and wine was excellent. Life is good.

We hosted the Champaign seminar at the Little Nell.

Went to the "ABC's of Wine" seminar this morning...identifying different regions and grapes by smell and taste and not spen an arm and a leg in the process.

The bordeaux tasting was great as always. Learned much and had more fun than any human being should be allowed to have.

We did have skiing the last three days...still 2+ feet of snow on top of Ajax. Strange to see people carrying skis and wearing shorts. Girls skiing with swim suit tops and jeans.
