I would greatly appreciate detailed directions on exactly how to change F1 trans.-diff fluid on 07-F430 and best product to use with refill amount specs. Please include drain and refill plug locations and how to access.
    Greatly appreciated,
    Ted

Surely someone will come in and help now that they "know" you're not a shop looking for help. I haven't done it on a 430, so I'll leave it to someone that has.

Have you tried posting this question in the 360/430 Forum? No personal experience, but I believe I've read here that on F1's, the gearbox also needs to be checked/adjusted periodically. Have you read the owner's manual? May be that the normal fluid change also includes gearbox adjustments... which I'm sure should be done by knowledgeable Fcar mechanics. Hopefully someone will post if you're just doing a preventive annual fluid change.
