I drive over, see a good friend on his knees beside his motorcycle SANDING THE SIDES OF HIS TIRES DOWN.

Me - "Uh Kev, whatcha doin'?"
Kevin - "I want to get rid of the chicken strips on the sides of my tires"
Me - "I'm leaving, forget my address and lose my number"

It's my own fault I sent him a few pics from the "Motivational Pics" thread including the one with the rider going through a turn at the limit of reality.

    Third pic.

That is indeed odd. You can easily get rid of them just by easing around the first 50 miles progessively and genlty adding a little more lean each time.

MC tires are pretty greasy when they are first put on.

Please remind him not to forget to use the belt sander on his knee pucks! No chicken strips with unsanded knee pucks are a dead give a way on for tire sanding!

You should have told him to put more elbow grease on the tires, and then sand it. Maybe refill the blinker fluid. There was a website where you can buy said items.
