I just purchased a 2003 360 Spider and am loving it. It has 21k miles and I want to get the 30k service done. If it was your car would you take it to Ferrari of Newport Beach or Eugenios?

I always used the Ferrari dealer for my 360 and found them to be professional, prompt, efficient, and surprisingly cost-effective.

Eugenio is class act, one man operation, works only on mid engine V8 cars, knows his stuff.
With the dealer it’s a crapshoot never know who ends up working on your car ,the team leader or the trainee

I used to be a 'dealer' guy too.

Eugenio just completed the service on my 360 and it runs and feels better than new.

I made a thread in this section a few days ago.

I had to make the same decision. I liked the fact that with Eugenio, he was extremely thorough, took care of little extras, and charges LESS than the dealership.

I also liked the fact that I knew who was working on the car- it wasn't just assigned to whomever was free. Eugenio worked on it himself. The man is meticulous.

www.EugeniosFerrariService.com will be the only place to touch any Ferrari or Lamborghini I ever own.

New or used, no difference. He touches it or nobody does.

    Oh, and I'm a customer, not a cheerleader :)

VTC..thanks for the link. He has a very nice site. Does he only work on mid-engines or will he also work on something like a 550?

I appreciate how fast everyone responded. Does anyone anything about the windshiled washer sensor? My display alternates bewteen the outside temp and the washer notification. I check the resevoir and it is full.

+1. It's so true. I took my F355 to the dealer and was not satisfied with the works and I believed the trainees were working on it.

+1,000,000...dealer is not even a consideration. Unless you have an issue that needs to be immediately addressed, I'd say wait until he has an opening. You won't be sorry.

To answer your question Viabono, yes, he works on 575’s etc. I was there today visiting as they were dropping off Tim Allen’s 575 (yes, the actor Tim Allen).
Apparently VTC Chris coordinated the hook up.

I just graduated with my bachelors degree last week in Aerospace Eng. and start my first career job Monday… so I’m hoping for a red F355 someday. :)
I’m in the background drooling. :)

Matt...Thanks for the reply. I will definitely be giving him a call when it's time for my next service. Looks like Tim and I have similar taste in cars. Tim, however, has a much larger stable of cool stuff than I could ever hope to have.

Eugenio is the best and worth the wait.
After you work with Eugenio, you will decide to plan ahead.
I live in Arizona now and have already booked a major for my car next year when it is due.
After he works on your car he is always available to help you with any problems.
He has done a major, minor, clutch and brakes, my car always comes out perfect.
I wish that I had other people in different fields that I could recommend as highly as I do Eugenio.
    He is a class act.

I've seen Chris's 348. Very nice. Very clean. Clean no story 348's are becoming harder to find. :)
